Claude Code ZDR + CLI Basics
A beginner-friendly walkthrough of using Claude Code from the command line. Limited to folks with ZDR access, since that's the setup this session is built around.

Skills 101 — Build Your Own
Ever wished Claude already knew your process, your templates, your way of doing things? That's what a skill does. We'll walk through building a custom Claude skill from scratch, so you leave with one you can actually use.
Prompting 101 — elevate your responses
Getting a good answer out of AI often comes down to how you ask. We'll cover the fundamentals of prompting, why small changes in wording lead to very different results, and how to structure a prompt to get what you actually need. We'll also cover "knighting," a term that's come up around AI, and what it means in practice. No experience needed — just come ready to try things live.

Skills 102 — Going Further
The sequel to Skills 101. We'll build more capable skills, run several at once, get Claude to call them automatically, set up connectors, and rework skills you've already made. Bring a skill you're working on — we'll improve it together and share it with the group. You'll want Skills 101 under your belt, or some hands-on time with skills already.
Agentic Coding
We'll review strategies for agentic coding with Claude Code, then get hands-on with the one we recommend. Best fit if you've built software before and are comfortable on the command line.

Multi-Agent Coding
An advanced look at coordinating multiple AI agents on a coding task instead of just one. We'll get hands-on with the approach live. Danny's Agentic Coding session isn't required, but it'll give you a real head start here.

Got a task you do the same way every time? We'll walk through a repeatable process for spotting manual work worth automating, and use AI to actually do it. No coding required.
