Welcome to the NCD family!

If you're newly-contracted, curious, or even getting re-acquainted with us, we're glad you're here.

Here at NCD, we do things a little differently. That means offering great products to our members, and great support to our agents. We offer Frequently Asked Questions to help inform our agents about our products, policies, and procedures. We also offer Agent Marketing Resources to download, customize, and use with your members.

And we also offer this little guide to help you start Spreading the Smile as you sell successfully with NCD.

Step One: Get Contracted

If you're not contracted to sell with NCD (or you're not sure) it's easy to get that started.

Reach out to our amazing Agent Support team with the following information:

Locate the blue text bubble button in the bottom-right corner of any Agent Launchpad page to start a live chat during business hours.

Step Two: Get Informed

Once you've been contracted with us, you should receive a welcome email from Agent Support with some key information:

Access to your Agent Back Office, where you can view your book of business.
Your unique Enrollment Portal URLs for our dental and vision products.
A link to the Agent Launchpad... which is where you are right now!

We've created our Agent Launchpad as a way to inform and support our agents so that they can find all the information they need about all of our products, as well as how to sell them. From customizable fliers to social media resources, we want to help our agents feel totally comfortable with our plans, and the benefits they offer.

Another way to get informed is by attending one of our webinars. We offer webinars every other Friday, and we encourage our agents to register and attend.

During each webinar, we'll talk about:

Who is NCD?
An overview of our Dental & Vision Products.
Training on our current product portfolio.
Updates on product changes.
Tips on how to increase your sales.
How our commission structure works.

We always save room to answer any and all of your questions.

Step Three: Get Selling

Once you're set up and good to go, remember a few key things:

Members won't know about products unless you share it with them. So speak up! Share the value NCD brings and the healthy choice they'll be making when they prioritize their dental health.
Choosing to forgo dental insurance isn't uncommon, but unless you can predict the future, it's not a wise choice. Paying out of pocket might require some pretty deep pockets. Dental insurance can be a smart choice to safeguard your financial future.
NCD dental products are a great choice for all ages: Retired folks, families, and singles who want the benefits of an Association Plan without access to Group coverage. Check us out!
