Description
WinCenter allows you to display Windows applications on your desktop device. The Windows applications installed on a remote server, transmit their interface over the network to your desktop device.

WinCenter Connect includes:

WinCenter Desktop Icon provides a tabbed user interface to WinCenter's features. In the WinCenter Desktop Icon you see information about WinCenter and you can:

  • Start remote applications (UNIX, Java, X Windows) to display within the WinCenter desktop on the New Connection tab.
  • Cut and paste text and graphics between windows.
  • Shadow other WinCenter sessions for diagnostic purposes.
  • Adjust audio input and output.
WinCenter Login Choosers allow you to select a server from a list of available servers and provides:
  • A graphical chooser for selecting a WinCenter server and starting WinCenter on your workstation or PC,
  • Sound from NT applications directed to your local audio port,
  • The ability to use your local floppy drive to read and write to floppy disks.
Load balancing allows you to select a WinCenter server based on the load or the number of server users.

Support for your local floppy disk drive or printer to send or receive Windows NT data.

An FTP client that allows drag and drop file transfers using a File Manager style user interface.
