About NCD’s free 30-day warranty support

NCD provides 30 days of free technical support with purchase of an NCD product as part of its warranty package. Warranty support helps customers with initial product installation. The plan includes support to one contact person and provides unlimited technical support for a 30-day period. This support period starts with your first call to support and is on a per product basis. This means each customer is entitled to warranty support for each product type they purchase. For example each customer is entitled to 30-days free warranty support on the ThinSTAR product line, and a different 30-day warranty period for NCBridge based Network Computers, or any other product line.  After this period, it is necessary to purchase a support contract to receive support from NCD.
