NCD ThinPATH is a family of software that enhances the functionality and flexibility of ThinSTAR Windows-based Terminals or PCs accessing Microsoft Terminal Server via the RDP and ICA protocols.

NCD ThinPATH Software combined with the ThinSTAR 332 provides powerful centralized management, desktop functional enhancements and access to virtually any legacy host.

Local Audio Input and Output

Microsoft applications requiring audible alerts or sounds, or even desktop microphones, are supported on the ThinSTAR 332. Audio sounds generated from Windows applications are transparently transferred over the network to the desktop without any application changes.

Simple, Advanced Design for Superior Reliability

ThinSTAR 332 includes a high-speed CPU and advanced graphics and I/O processors. With no moving parts, reliability equals a Mean-Time-Between-Failure (MTBF) rate at over 300,000 hours-the equivalent of only one system outage every forty years. And with the elimination of local storage, enterprise business applications will not be adversely affected by individual users installing applications, configurations or viruses.
